Within the Service Services Sector, two internal organizational units were established, namely:
Department for fleet and maintenance of work premises;
Catering Department.
The department for vehicle fleet and maintenance of working premises controls the technical condition of vehicles, performs maintenance and garage work of official vehicles, controls the exit and entry of vehicles into the garage, and keeps records of services performed, fuel consumption and vehicle use; performs cleaning of work rooms, sanitary areas, staircases, windows, glass surfaces, carpets and other textile materials located in the work rooms and outside them (exterior space of facilities of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina) in buildings used by the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and outside them.
The catering department provides catering services in institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The activities of the Catering Department include: daily planning of food and beverage procurement for all facilities and organizing their delivery for catering units located outside the main facility, food preparation and serving of service users in restaurants, bars, offices and meeting rooms, and in representative facilities of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina; supervision of the sanitary, hygienic and microbiological safety of food, ready-made meals, catering units and work areas; sanitary supervision and control of personnel; implementation of the International Food Safety Standard (HACCP); cooperation with competent inspection bodies in the field of sanitary and hygienic protection; organizing ceremonial receptions, lunches, cocktails and refreshments for the needs of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international institutions.
