Three internal organizational units were established within the Investment and Current Maintenance Sector, namely:
Department for Mechanical Plants and Installations;
Department for architectural and construction affairs;
Department for support to judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The department for mechanical plants and installations carries out the tasks of ongoing maintenance of buildings, installations, devices, heating and air conditioning of the work area; provides heating and air conditioning of the work space; performs expert technical supervision over investment and ongoing maintenance; participates in technical inspections and final calculations, prepares the plan, creates investment programs, estimates of projects and tasks for investment and ongoing maintenance, participates in the preparation of tenders, and participates in activities for creating assumptions for capital investment investments.
The department for architectural and construction affairs performs professional technical supervision over the execution of investment and ongoing maintenance of building and land complexes, maintenance of business premises and greenery, performs tasks related to programming and planning of investment and ongoing maintenance of buildings and the area around the building, work premises, and taking measures for the timely execution of works of an architectural and construction nature, designing the adaptation of buildings, interior and exterior decoration of institutions of BiH, professional and technical supervision over the execution of investment and ongoing maintenance facilities; maintenance of office furniture as well as planning, design and professional technical supervision for the maintenance of the work space; participates in technical inspections and final calculations, prepares the plan, prepares investment programs of project estimates and tasks for investment and ongoing maintenance, participates in the preparation of tenders, and participates in activities for creating assumptions for capital investment investments.
The Department for Support to the Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina performs the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure for the needs of the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina. With the aim of efficient and high-quality performance of work within the competence of the Service, the Department for Support to Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina is operationally and physically separated and located in the Complex of Buildings of Judicial Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at the address Kraljice Jelena 88 in Sarajevo (hereinafter: Complex). Within the Department, for the needs of the judicial institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the following tasks are performed: maintenance of facilities and infrastructure includes maintenance of facilities and other spaces, installations and devices, management, management and improvement of existing infrastructure systems and equipment within the Complex (heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, hydro systems); creation of investment programs, estimates, projects and plans for investment and ongoing maintenance; performing expert technical supervision and participating in technical inspections and final calculations; maintenance of business premises and green areas; maintenance of hygiene in the Complex and protection of the work and environment.
